New Administrative Office Suite

This project included the renovation of a patient care wing on the seventh floor of the hospital into an administrative suite. The original layout of the floor was compartmentalized and would not support an open office plan for collaborative work groups.

The design solution called for the removal of most of the existing walls, leaving only the structural columns and exit stair within the suite. Systems furniture and demountable partitions were used to create a mix of open and semi private work areas that are open to the corridor allowing natural light into the center of the suite.
