The facility comprises a physician group’s family medicine practice along with rotating specialty care.    

 

The design is an adaptive reuse of a former elementary school.  Working within the confines of the building’s existing masonry walls, the design team arranged the plan to allow an efficient flow of patients and staff to the 15 exam rooms and two procedure rooms.  On the exterior of the building, the existing glass curtain wall was replaced with a mosaic of colored glass panels, signaling new life for the local landmark.
