The iconic Romanesque Revival façade of the Columbia County Courthouse was constructed in 1891 while the original building dates back to the 1840’s. With age, the ornate masonry exterior and the original windows needed extensive restoration.

The project included:

• a comprehensive exterior survey.

• brick repair and restoration

• brownstone replacement and repair

• replacment of 144 windows

• clock tower roof replcement

• courtroom hvac, electrical and interior renovation.
