Built on the former site of the town’s historic railroad shops, the Station Mall was originally a retail shopping center.  In recent years, Blair Medical Associates expanded one of the anchor stores into a multi-specialty practice and an orthopedic surgery practice soon followed.  As planning solidified to attract predominantly healthcare tenants to the building, a master plan was developed along with a new design for the mall concourse.
