Programming & Feasibility Studies:

 

For clients who require a greater definition of project goals prior to executing the design, we offer programming and feasibility study as a stand-alone service. Through a collaborative process, we investigate issues like site selection, infrastructure requirements, space and area needs and regulatory/zoning issues to list some common focus areas. Documentation produced during this preliminary project stage should also prioritize an owner's goals as they relate to issues like building function, cost, aesthetics and sustainability.
