Defining success for a building design project can be a rather subjective matter depending on the perspective from which its defined. The stakeholders in your projec will no doubt measure outcomes using their own biased metrics. Examples being that a building contractor will gage outcomes differently than the employees and users of the buildign.
Project success is easier measured at the completion of the project but what if it turned out less you expected? is there a metric to measure success along the path to project completion?
